License limit exceeded.... the Learning Edition has been enabled

The web app is licensed for {{AppU.liService.setsDesvar.numberOf}} seats, but there are currently {{AppU.liService.setsDesvar.numberOfConnectedClients}} connected seats.
The web app can be used for learning purposes. The optimization examples found in the User's Guide are compatible with the Learning Edition.
Refresh the web app at a later time and if a license is available, the full version will be restored.

1. Select files

The selected files are too large for the Learning Edition

Take a screenshot of the entire web browser window. Ensure all the text in the red box is visible.
Collect copies of the BDF/DAT files used.
Refer to the Technical Support section in the User's Guide.
Contact technical support and provide a screenshot from step 1 and the BDF files from step 2.

Procedures to correct issues

If the issue is "File was moved," then restore the files to their original location and try to download again.
