Reload the page and try again. If the error persists contact technical support and provide one the following: 1) A screen shot of this section including the Output and Errors; 2) The .h5 file
An alternative to uploading an H5 is to use upload option B - Broadcast.

Are you already using the Desktop App?

Restart the Desktop App.
